Once upon a time I used to write a blog all about Lincoln and the fun we would get up to as a family.
When I decided to start a blog about training for my first half-marathon Simmonds Family Scribbles took a back seat. I tried to do both but it just wasn’t happening. And the truth is I miss sharing those stories (and I’m sure our family does too).
I’ve shyed away from writing too much about the boy and girl on this blog because I wanted to focus on running, training, and weight-loss .
But you know what? I miss it, more so now than before. And our family adventures are a big part of who I am.
So in honour of the fact that Teagan is ONE today I decided there is no better time than the present to get back into sharing a little more about the family.
I hope you don’t mind
I still can’t believe that Teagan is one already, it seems like only yesterday I was waiting (not so) patiently for her to arrive. She is our feisty little Leo and her personality is really starting to shine, and at the ripe old age of one she already knows how to push her brothers buttons.
A big thanks to friends and family both near and far for making today a special one.
